RentalReady API

RentalReady exposes an OAuth 2.0 REST API (v3) covering rentals, multi units, reservations, daily prices, calendar blocks, conversations, messages and reviews, with a limit of 400 requests per minute.

Written from running this integration in production. Last checked against the RentalReady API on 12 October 2026.

What the RentalReady API is

RentalReady, the property management system built by GuestReady, runs short- and mid-term rentals across Europe and the Middle East. Each property is a rental; rooms of one building are separate rentals grouped under a multi unit.

Its v3 API covers rentals, reservations (with the channel, owner stays and the full money breakdown), daily prices with availability and minimum stay, calendar blocks, and guest conversations on email and the booking channels.

Through Repull: each rental is a listing, owner stays are reservations on the owner channel, the calendar reads and writes price, minimum stay and open/closed nights, and guest replies go out on the conversation’s channel.

How to get RentalReady API access

  1. 1.Pick RentalReady in Repull Connect (or create a session with allowedProviders: ["rentalready"]).
  2. 2.Sign in to RentalReady and authorize access. Repull holds the app; you never handle client ids or secrets.
  3. 3.Repull names the connection after the RentalReady user and property manager, and starts the first import.

Access tokens last 10 hours and are renewed automatically.

What will bite you

From running this integration in production, not from their documentation.

Closing a night creates a block

In RentalReady a closed night is a block, which is a reservation. Reopening a night inside an owner stay would cut that stay in two, so Repull reopens only nights it closed and refuses the rest with a clear error.

Rooms are separate rentals

A building’s rooms are individual rentals, each priced and sold on its own, grouped by a multi unit. Each comes through as its own listing.

Per-night rules are limited

RentalReady stores price and minimum stay per night. Maximum stay and closed to arrival/departure are not per-night settings, so Repull refuses them rather than ignoring them.

What it costs to keep working

The API is complete enough to run on, with a few behaviours to respect.

  • •OAuth with refresh tokens that rotate every time they are used.
  • •Blocks that are reservations, and owner stays that must not be cut.
  • •A polling loop for reservation and conversation changes.

The same job, both ways

RentalReady directly

curl -s 'https://pms.rentalready.io/api/v3/reservations/?modified_after=2026-10-01T00:00:00Z' \
  -H 'Authorization: Bearer YOUR_ACCESS_TOKEN'

# Follow `next`, refresh the token every 10 hours (saving the new refresh token), poll again.

Through Repull

curl -s 'https://api.repull.dev/v1/reservations?limit=100' \
  -H 'Authorization: Bearer sk_live_YOUR_KEY'

# RentalReady reservations in the same shape as every other PMS.

Why use Repull for RentalReady

Your next customer may not be on RentalReady

If you only ever need one RentalReady account, use its API directly — you would be adding a layer you do not need. The second system is where a unified API pays for itself.

Owner stays protected

Calendar writes never cut an owner stay or a block made in RentalReady.

Tokens handled

Repull renews and stores the rotating tokens for every connected account.

Same shape everywhere

Rentals, reservations, calendar and conversations match every other PMS on Repull.

Connect RentalReady through Repull

Create a key, connect a RentalReady account with its Client ID and Secret, and read reservations in the same shape as every other system you support.

Frequently asked questions

Can I send guest messages through RentalReady?

Yes. POST /v1/conversations/{id}/messages sends the reply on the conversation’s channel.

Are owner stays included?

Yes, as reservations on the owner channel.

Can Repull reopen a night closed in RentalReady?

Only nights Repull closed. A night held by an owner stay or a block made in RentalReady is reopened in RentalReady.

Does Repull receive RentalReady webhooks?

Repull polls RentalReady about every minute and sends you its own webhooks for the changes.

Notes

  • • Each rental is a listing; rooms of a building are separate rentals sharing a multi unit
  • • Repull reopens only nights it closed: a night held by an owner stay or block made in RentalReady is reopened there
  • • Internal notes are left out of guest conversations
  • • Changes are polled about every minute
