CiiRUS API
CiiRUS exposes a REST Partner API (v2024.07.31) with HTTP Basic authentication, restricted to whitelisted IP addresses, covering units, unit content, calendars, nightly rates, quotes, reservations and reviews. Money is sent as fixed-point integers scaled by 10^8.
Written from running this integration in production. Last checked against the CiiRUS API on 30 October 2026.
What the CiiRUS API is
CiiRUS is vacation rental software for property managers, strongest in the Orlando and Florida vacation-home market. A property manager is a “supplier”; each property is a unit.
Its Partner API covers suppliers, units, unit details, images and amenities, availability calendars with stay rules, nightly rates, extras and taxes, quotes, reservations (create, change, cancel) and reviews.
Through Repull: each unit is a listing with its content, reservations arrive with the full charge and tax breakdown and payments, the calendar reads availability, prices and stay rules, and bookings can be created, quoted, changed and cancelled.
How to get CiiRUS API access
- 1.Open the CiiRUS API Explorer and sign in with your CiiRUS MC username and company password. It shows your API username and API password. CiiRUS support (apisupport@ciirus.com) can also issue them.
- 2.Pick CiiRUS in Repull Connect (or create a session with
allowedProviders: ["ciirus"]) and paste them. Credentials that see several companies also need your supplier id (MCUserID). - 3.Repull checks the credentials with CiiRUS, names the connection after your company and starts the first import.
CiiRUS only accepts calls from whitelisted IP addresses, and answers a wrong password and a non-whitelisted address the same way. If correct credentials are refused, ask CiiRUS support to approve Repull for your API user.
What will bite you
From running this integration in production, not from their documentation.
IP whitelist
Every call must come from an approved IP address. CiiRUS returns the same 403 for a wrong password and an unapproved address, so check both.
Money is fixed-point
Charges, totals and rates are integers scaled by 10^8: 415000000000 is 4,150.00. Repull converts them, so amounts arrive in normal currency units.
Shared rate sets
CiiRUS prices units from rate sets that several units can share, so changing one night’s price can change other units. Repull reads prices and leaves rate changes to CiiRUS.
No guest messaging
CiiRUS documents email endpoints, but its public API does not serve them. Guest conversations stay in CiiRUS.
What it costs to keep working
The API is complete for reading and booking, with a few behaviours to respect.
- •A fixed outbound IP address, approved by CiiRUS.
- •Fixed-point money on every charge and rate.
- •A polling loop: CiiRUS has no webhooks.
- •Bookings created with a 5xx answer may still exist; never resend them blindly.

# CiiRUS reservations in the same shape as every other PMS, amounts in currency units. Why use Repull for CiiRUS
Your next customer may not be on CiiRUS
If you only ever need one CiiRUS account, use its API directly. The second system is where a unified API pays for itself.
Whitelist handled
Repull calls CiiRUS from a fixed address, so you do not run your own static-IP infrastructure.
Money converted
Fixed-point amounts arrive as normal currency, broken into rent, cleaning, extras and each tax.
Same shape everywhere
Units, reservations and calendars match every other PMS on Repull.
Connect CiiRUS through Repull
Create a key, connect a CiiRUS account with its Client ID and Secret, and read reservations in the same shape as every other system you support.
Frequently asked questions
Can I create bookings in CiiRUS?
Yes. POST /v1/reservations creates a booking, priced by CiiRUS or at a rent you set (CiiRUS adds its taxes). Bookings can also be quoted, changed and cancelled.
Can I change prices or close nights in CiiRUS?
Not through Repull. CiiRUS rate sets can be shared by several units, so prices and availability stay managed in CiiRUS.
Can I message guests through CiiRUS?
No. CiiRUS’s public API does not serve guest messages.
Why does CiiRUS refuse my correct credentials?
CiiRUS only accepts approved IP addresses. Ask CiiRUS support to approve Repull for your API user.
