Docs/Channels/Channel Manager

Channels

Put your users' listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and Plumguide, and run them from one API: the same listing, calendar, reservations and messages, whichever channel a guest books on. Where a channel does something no other does, it has its own endpoints.

Already have a PMS or channel manager?

Repull does not have to replace it. On Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo it can connect alongside, adding guest messaging, reservations and reviews while the existing connection keeps running untouched. Use Repull alongside a PMS.

Supported channels

Airbnb

Create, publish and edit listings; calendar, rates and markups; reservations, messaging, inquiries, reviews and alterations.

Booking.com

Create properties and rooms, link existing rooms, publish content and facilities; calendar, rates and markups; reservations, messaging and reviews. Or connect with the Extranet login next to the host’s existing channel manager.

Vrbo

Beta. The host signs in with their Vrbo account: reservations, inquiries and quotes, guest messages and reviews; with full access, calendar and prices too.

Plumguide

Read listings and bookings; write availability and pricing.

Every capability, channel by channel, with the call that does it: Capability matrix.

From nothing to a running listing

  1. 1

    Connect the host’s channel account

One hosted flow for every channel. Your user signs in to Airbnb or Vrbo, or confirms their Booking.com property; you get a connection back.

    Connect

  2. 2

Create a listing, or link one that already exists

Build a listing from nothing in Repull, or link an Airbnb listing or Booking.com room the host already has. Existing reservations come in with it.

  3. 3

    Publish it

Write the content once and publish it to each channel. Every publish says which parts each channel accepted and, for Booking.com, exactly what still stands between the property and going live.

    Publish a listing

  4. 4

    Run it

One calendar per listing, pushed to every channel with each channel’s markup. Reservations, guest messages and reviews arrive through the same calls and webhooks whichever channel they came from. Answer inquiries and accept or decline booking requests, handle date changes, and read Airbnb payouts and Booking.com fees.
