List Transactions

One ledger for every connected channel's money — payouts that reached the host, reservation charges, refunds and adjustments — across Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo. Reconcile what each platform actually paid out against what you expected, without stitching together per-channel reports.

When to use this endpoint

  • Reconcile channel payouts against reservations in one place
  • Build a unified finance dashboard across Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo
  • Feed accounting software a single, consistent transactions feed
  • Track commission and fees deducted per booking

One "booking" — however it was connected

A Booking.com transaction is always platform: "booking", whether the account is connected through the official Connectivity API or the extranet. There is nobooking_extranet, and ?platform=booking matches them all. For the Booking.com ledger on its own, use List Booking.com Transactions.

Query parameters

platformstring

Filter to one channel: airbnb, booking (Booking.com, however connected), or vrbo. Omit for all channels.

typestring

Filter by transaction type, e.g. Payout, Reservation, Refund.

is_payoutboolean

When true, only payout rows (money that reached the host).

statusstring

Filter by settlement status.

limitintegerDefault: 100

Page size, default 100, max 500.

cursorstring

Opaque cursor from the previous response's pagination.nextCursor.

Stable id of the transaction; upsert on it.

Normalized channel: airbnb, booking, or vrbo.

Net amount; for a payout, what the host received.

Guest-paid gross (payouts).

The reservation this transaction belongs to.

ISO currency of the amounts.
