Connect Booking.com with the Extranet login

Add Booking.com reservations, guest messages and reviews to your app without touching the property's channel connection. The host gives Repull a user on their Booking.com Extranet — the same way they would add a colleague — and keeps their PMS or channel manager exactly as it is.

Your PMS connection is not affected

Booking.com lets one connectivity provider run a property's rooms, rates and availability. The Extranet login is not that connection: it sits next to it. The host's PMS or channel manager stays connected and keeps rates, availability and content; Repull never writes them in this mode. See Use Repull alongside a PMS.

The Extranet login is in beta.

Connect

Create a Connect session for booking-extranet-login and send the host to its URL. The hosted page, in your branding, walks them through it.

curl -X POST https://api.repull.dev/v1/connect \
  -H 'Authorization: Bearer sk_live_...' \
  -H 'Content-Type: application/json' \
  -d '{
    "redirectUrl": "https://yourapp.com/connected",
    "allowedProviders": ["booking-extranet-login"]
  }'

# { "sessionId": "cs_...", "url": "https://connect.repull.dev/cs_...", "expiresAt": "..." }

Invite a user (recommended)

  1. The host names the connection. The hosted page shows a user name and email to invite.
  2. In the Booking.com Extranet, under Account → Users, the host invites a new user with exactly those details.
  3. Repull picks up the invite and finishes setting up, usually within a minute. The host can close the page; it completes in the background.

No password is shared, and the host can remove the user at any time from the same screen.

Or sign in with the host's Extranet user

  1. The host enters their Extranet username and password. The password is stored encrypted and never shown again.
  2. The page shows a phone number and an email. The host adds the number as a two-factor method (Account → Security) and the email under Account → Notifications, so the sign-in can complete.
  3. The page confirms when the account is connected.

Either way, the host then matches each Booking.com property to a listing in your workspace, and reservations, messages and reviews start syncing.

Read and reply

Everything comes through the same endpoints as every other channel:

  • GET /v1/reservations — the property's Booking.com reservations.
  • GET /v1/conversations?platform=booking and POST /v1/conversations/{id}/messages — guest messages, and replies that arrive in the guest's Booking.com inbox.
  • GET /v1/reviews and POST /v1/reviews/{id}/reply — guest reviews and your public reply.
